Delivery

Orders within mainland France are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. For international deliveries, lead times vary between 5 and 20 business days depending on your destination. Customs and import duties remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

For product exchanges, a fee of 6 euros will be applied. This amount covers the shipping costs associated with processing your exchange. Products must be returned in their original packaging (pouch and tag), with the delivery note (sheet containing your order number) slipped inside the package.

Items must not have been worn, used, or washed, and must be in perfect condition. You must send us the product to be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. To facilitate the process, we will send you a prepaid return label by email.
